Stephanie Rogers is a Clinical Audiologist and owns Audibel Hearing Healthcare in Mississippi and Alabama, with her husband, Langston.
Stephanie began her career over 25 years ago in Louisiana working as a secretary for Keith Stroud while attending LSU. It was in Keith’s office that she found her passion to help others enjoy their best lives through better hearing. Stephanie graduated from LSU with a Masters in Audiology and transitioned with Keith when he decided to leave Beltone and join the Audibel family in 2000.
Through the encouragement and help of Keith (AKA “Boss-man”) and Mr. Austin, the Rogers’ bought their first four clinics in 2007. Their desire was to create a business that glorified the Lord and allowed them the ability to focus on their ‘miracle baby’ Alison.
Since 2007, Stephanie and Langston have expanded to ten clinics in Mississippi and Alabama with a dedicated and loyal staff of 16. They strive each day to work hard to serve their staff, their patients, and their Lord and Savior to the best of their ability. Their continued focus is on being a family business that helps people hear and live better.
Stephanie feels that her most important job is to listen to the person sitting across from her to truly understand their unique needs and desires. The role of a clinician and employer is to come alongside each employee and patient to help them overcome obstacles to achieving their life goals and help them realize their fullest potential.
